Church Background

Let me share with you one of my favorite backgrounds from my visual novel, Teleny.

This backdrop holds a special significance as it's the very first scene players encounter, where the main character unburdens themselves through confession to a priest.

Envisioning the scene, I knew precisely the visual journey I wanted: starting from the intricately detailed wooden ceiling of the church, the camera gracefully descends to frame the two confessionals below. Thankfully, I stumbled upon a 3D model that aided in bringing my vision to life, saving me considerable time and effort.

Despite the time constraints, I'm proud to say that I managed to capture the exact lighting I had imagined—a warm, sun-drenched ambiance reminiscent of late summer or early autumn.
